Featured in the Ismosys on-line store the IntellaSys OnSpec 90C46D is a high-performance SoC (System on a Chip) that connects a wide range of memory cards to a CFTM, PCMCIA, ATAPI or ATA slot. The device provides optimum throughput and superior flash media compatibility.

The 90C46D features a patent pending EDMA technology that delivers optimum data transfer. It supports PIO 4 mode and is fully compliant with the ATA-4 specification (as applicable to flash media).

Packaged in a 100-pin LQFP, the 90C46D is provides:
